DACH Planning was set up by David Horsfall in 2008. David has a strong background in property development following ten years of experience in the industry.

David qualified from Northumbria University in 2002 with a Bsc (Hons) degree in Housing Development and became professionally qualified with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in the field of Planning and Development. David is also an associate member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
